Our school development priorities for this academic year:
The priorities stem from an evidence base and aim to improve outcomes and the education experience of our children and families across four areas: Quality of Education; Behaviour and Attitudes; Personal Development and Leadership and Management.
Each of these objectives have success criteria and actions aimed to help the school achieve milestones on the journey towards the desired outcome for the children and school community. These can be found within our School Improvement Plan. The actions of our subject leaders dovetail from this document.
Leadership across the school review these objectives termly to ensure that as a school we are on track to meet our desired outcomes.
