School uniform can be obtained at Skoolkit in Basingstoke, Eastleigh or Fareham or by visiting the Skoolkit Website or through My Clothing.
Skoolkit will be holding a 10% discount week in our Eastleigh store from Saturday 16th July – Friday 22nd July, where all items listed below will be subject to a 10% discount for this time only. This is for new starters only. Please see flyer below for more information.
School Dinners
At Nightingale Primary School, our meals are provided by our catering partner, HC3S and the vast majority of our children opt for at least one school meal a week.
Children can have a school meal every day or a combination of school meals and packed lunches. This provides families the freedom to tailor their choices to the individual needs and preferences of their child. Parents are able to view our menu options and book their child’s lunch in advance via SCOPAY or children can order themselves in the classroom each morning.
HC3S is able to meet the needs of all children, including those who have a food allergy or intolerance. Please click here to visit HC3S website for further details and to register for an account. HC3S will review your medical evidence with their NHS dietician and devise an adapted menu for your child’s school lunch. Once registered, you can see your child’s individual menu and update medical evidence details whenever you need to. HC3S also be able to send you updates when your child’s new menus are created.

Breakfast Club – Year R
Children starting with us in Year R who require Breakfast Club provision will be assessed on a case by case basis. Should you wish to enquire about provision for your Year R child, please email adminoffice@nightingale.hants.sch.uk outlining your circumstances.
After School Club
Junior Adventures Group (JAGs) is a leading provider of out of school childcare for primary school aged children, offering fun and affordable childcare delivered in a safe and supervised environment. Their qualified staff are DBS checked to an enhanced level, first aid qualified and are experienced in and passionate about the activities we offer.
Their clubs follow the playwork principles and offer lots of free play and free choice activities. Children can try a range of activities including arts and crafts, sports, or just chill out and enjoy the variety of toys and games available. Children are encouraged to try something new, but understand that not every activity suits every child so an alternative is always available.
A healthy snack of wraps or bagels with cheese or meat, vegetables, fruit and yoghurt is provided.
JAGs online booking system allows for flexible payment options including ‘book now, pay later’ where you can secure your Autumn term spots with the first payment not due until August. Sibling discounts are available and childcare vouchers are accepted.
